Victoria Mavis is President and CEO of Core People Resources and senior partner responsible for product development, sales and client relations for our store.

Victoria has worked in every area of Human Resources and provides expertise to businesses, non-profit organizations and government agencies through practical and affordable approaches to "people" problems through the use of computer and Internet technology.  With more than 25 years experience in a variety of business settings ranging from privately-held businesses to Fortune 100 companies, she has worked directly with clients in industries such as finance, hospitality, insurance, local government, manufacturing, medical services, nonprofits and retail.

Victoria holds a Master's of Business Administration, is lifetime certified by the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM) as an SPHR (Senior Professional in Human Resources), and holds the designation of Certified Behavioral Specialist.  She is a member of Rotary International, an Area Director for BNI in North Central Pennsylvania, and serves as an advisor to various boards, committees, and business networking groups.
